About This Tournament
True North Pickleball Tour’s Pickleball Canada–sanctioned, skill-and-age-based tournament at Painswick Park (Barrie, ON) runs July 17–19 with Men’s/Women’s Doubles 50+ (Fri), Mixed Doubles (Sat), and Men’s/Women’s Doubles under 50 (Sun); events are round robin into a single-elimination medal round with gold/silver and bronze matches, using DUPR for placement/results. Franklin X40 balls are used, referees will be assigned where possible, Open medalists earn prize money, gold medalists qualify for the 2026 Tour Championship, and the director may combine events; Pickleball Canada membership and individual per-person registration/payment are required, with some proceeds donated to the Barrie Pickleball Club.
